Fee schedule
Fees applicable to commercial and industrial real estate transactions. They are set contractually in each mandate, prior to the transaction.
Leasing · Commercial and industrial property
- Payable by the tenant: 15% (excl. VAT) of the annual rent (excl. VAT), depending on the mandate and type of premises (offices, warehouses).
- 3/6/9 commercial lease: fees set in the letting mandate signed with the landlord or tenant before the transaction.
Sale · Transaction
- Commissions calculated as a percentage of the net seller price (or agency fees included), defined contractually in the sale mandate.
- They generally range between 3% and 8% (incl. VAT) depending on the value and type of property.
